Subtitle file selection support like library #209

Enhancement request:

I could not find a way to load a subtitle file for the currently playing movie. 
that would be great, as now I have to load the subtitles from the computer.

The library allows to play a file, it would be great if one could select a 
subtitle file for it as well.

AFAIK, the VLC HTTP API does not support this
