Can't clear playlist, corrupt playlist #94

This is an excellent app, and I don't think what I see is a bug, but I need 
help fixing something on one end or the other.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Playlist page
2.  menu->clear playlist
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Blank screen, xml error, see below.  Sometimes doesn't appear to do anything.

What version of VLC Remote are you using?
Newest from market.  I think the problem was there before.

What version of VLC are you using?
1.1.11

What version of Android are you using? 2.2.2

Which Android device are you using?
T-Mobile G2X

Please provide any additional information below.

Clearing the playlist does not seem to work. On the playlist screen menu->Clear 
playlist initially seems to do nothing, then it comes back with 
"java.io.Exception:Invalid xml" for a couple of seconds then "No connection". 
When I then go to the library, select something and return to the playlist 
screen, the old playlist returns with the new selection at the top. The server 
is vlc running on Fedora linux, the client is on a T-mobile G2X, Android 2.2.2. 
Which end should I trouble shoot?

Try using the "http" interface instead of "luahttp"
