Hi , Bro
Check Display Settings:
Ensure that both displays are properly set up in your operating system’s display settings.
In the first screenshot, you have two displays recognized by the system. Verify that both displays are enabled and configured correctly.
Update Display Drivers:
Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. Sometimes, outdated drivers can cause issues with multi-display setups.
Configure Deskreen:
Deskreen might only be capturing the primary display by default. Check Deskreen settings to see if there’s an option to choose which display to share.
Extend vs. Duplicate Displays:
Ensure your displays are set to ‘Extend’ rather than ‘Duplicate’. This can usually be adjusted in your display settings (as shown in your first screenshot).
Restart Deskreen:
After verifying the display settings, restart Deskreen to ensure it recognizes the changes.
Check Display Arrangement:
Ensure the physical arrangement of your monitors matches the configuration in your display settings.
If the issue persists, try the following advanced steps: Check for Updates: Ensure Deskreen is updated to the latest version. Reinstall Deskreen: Uninstall and then reinstall Deskreen to reset any configurations that might be causing the issue. Use Alternative Screen Sharing Software: If Deskreen continues to have issues, you might want to try another screen sharing tool such as OBS Studio, VNC, or even built-in solutions like Windows Remote Desktop.
Hi there! As seen below, I have a secondary screen, but Deskreen isn't detecting it. What can I do? It had worked previously before with this display.
