Add includeInDevelopment flag to show show code in development for testing #2

Hi! Thanks for this plugin! It saved me in a pinch. I found myself needing to check this in development mode. So I thought I'd submit it just incase thats an option you might want to add. No pressure to approve if you don't want.

@kenjonespizza apologies for the super late reply. somehow notifications got turned off.

i'm all in for the change. since this PR got outdated. i recreated one https://github.com/pavloko/gatsby-plugin-hotjar/pull/7.

Thanks and no worries 😊! I believe this was my first open source PR, so I hope you looked at the code and tested it because I can't remember if I knew exactly what I was doing at the time 😅
