added an example folder with the turnstile example #12

Fixes #11

The turnstile is still part of the GenFSM unit tests. We need to split the integration test into actual unit tests. I guess that is part of the better unit test issue.

this is great! I still need to add a couple of examples, but I've been swamped with work. hopefully Ill get to it this week
