Cannot access Transmission web UI via external IP #273

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. type in my browser the external IP of my NAS
2. click on the transmission link
1b. or type in directly my NAS:s external IP:9091

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see the transmission web ui, just like using it's local IP. 
Instead I get a connection timeout error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Kernel version: 2.6.16-gazineu
NAS version:    SNAKE OS V1.3.2 (20111019)
Transmission 2.42-2

Same here... Process is listed as running, though :(
