dnsmasq - how to get it running?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed dnsmasq package
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to find. Conf file in /etc

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
I want to use the dhcp function to begin with. I've installed the package 
successfully but cannot find where any of the files have gone! Please could 
some instructions be set up?

Try /opt/etc/dnsmasq.conf. There shouldn't be any setup required beyond editing 
the file.
