How do I set the issue type when posting a new issue

Okay,

So I posted a question on the issues page, but I can't work out how to set the 
type.

How do you do it ?

You should get a few options after clicking into the comment box.

Hi,

I don't see any options come up anywhere. Is it supposed to be in a floating 
window or on the page itself ?
