Unknown words not reported when spell checker has no suggestions #12

Describe the bug Sometimes the spell checker just doesn't have any suggestion to make. In that case, no warning is issued.

To Reproduce Add webservicerun somewhere in your HTML. Run mkdocs serve with spell checker enabled.

Expected behavior webservicerun should be reported in a warning.
