All the things I tried:

Spec:

I don't like cloud: I don't like to be dependent on a particular service or dependent on network.
I want ad-hoc, secure sync, with encrypted data.
I want it simple: no sync of huge encrypted block (full copy each time), but instead something more opening vault and sync contents.
