See #3 and #4 Some basic configuration can be specified during the scaffolding initially itself on the command line, saving the trouble to having to edit the config file by hand. Add basic functionality for this using args4j. #3 will also require args4j. Some basic properties to be set during scaffolding are:

Site Name
Author Name etc.
