Add functionality: ability to close windows from superswitcher #40

Add ability to close/kill(politely) a window when that window is
highlighted in superswitcher.

As well as gaining the benefit of closing windows when needed, it will also
allow us to empty a workspace so that the workspace itself can be deleted
via the Super-Delete combo.

Since the alphabet keys are used to filter on the available windows we can
rule out x (a la vim) or d (as in delete) to go with the super/caps key.
Maybe the minus key?
