Pretty Little Calendar CSS #369

This is not a bug - but I've tried to improve the default styles. Using a
rather nice calendar design by Orman Clark called the [Pretty Little
Calendar](http://www.premiumpixels.com/freebies/pretty-little-calendar-psd/)

Please provide a URL to a page displaying the new feature.
http://www.ianchanning.com/jquery-date-picker/simple-demo/

What version of the datepicker are you using? On what operating system? And
Which Browser?

v2. I've tested it in IE9, FF and Chrome.

Please provide any additional information below.

There is a gihub project (http://anasnakawa.github.com/kalendae-skins/) which
has styled itself based on a nice calendar design called Pretty Little Calendar
(http://www.premiumpixels.com/freebies/pretty-little-calendar-psd/). I then
tried to improve the kalendae-skins styles to get it closer to the Pretty
Little Calendar design
(https://github.com/ianchanning/kalendae-skins/blob/master/skins/css/metal.css).

I'm also using your calendar in a project of mine, so I attempted to apply the
same styles to your calendar. I've left a slight homage to your styles with the
red hover of the selected date.

I've then copied your demo page with the styles. I've attached the updated
style sheet.

This sounds and looks great - thanks!

The code for the date picker is now on github - could you submit a pull request
there?

https://github.com/vitch/jQuery-datepicker

Thanks!
