Are the tutorials ready for Elm 0.19? #7

It's pretty hard to find tutorials, which work with the newest Elm and it is really frustrating if you want to learn something, but nothing works.

Before reading and learning a lot of stuff, I really want to know if those tutorials fit with Elm 0.19?

According to the book itself (source): We will be using the 0.19.0 version throughout this book unless mentioned otherwise.
