Added 5 New Offline Events

Description

Added 5 new offline technology events to the events database. These events cover various tech domains including general technology, DevOps, AI/ML, web development, and cybersecurity.

Events Added:

• ETCIO AI Vision Conclave(Bengaluru)
• RT Spectrum 2025 (Bengaluru) -Leveraging AI to Enhance Cybersecurity Practices and Frameworks (Mumbai)
• Bengaluru Tech Summit 2024(Bengaluru)
• ET TECH X 2024 (Hyderbad)

Changes Made

• Added new events to the offline_events section
• Followed existing JSON structure and formatting
• Included complete event details including locations, dates, and descriptions
• Added appropriate tags for each event
• Ensured unique IDs for all new entries
