Enhancement: Email Notifications

Tasks:

1. Integrate an email service (e.g., SendGrid, Mailgun).
2. Create templates for different types of notifications.
3. Ensure that users can opt in/out of notifications.

hey @jahnvisahni31 thanks for raising this issue...actually a few contributors are actively developing a robust backend to the TechNexus platform..and these features you listed will be better if we develop them at the backend..let me know if you're interested doing so, I'll add you to the specific repo and discussion channels.
