Prepare for release:

[x] make.paws::paws_check_url()
[x] make.paws::paws_check_local()
[x] make.paws::paws_check_rhub()
[x] make.paws::paws_check_win_devel()
[x] make.paws::paws_build_cran_comments()

Submit to CRAN:

[x] make.paws::paws_release_cat()
[x] devtools::submit_cran("paws")
[x] Approve email

Wait for CRAN...

[x] Accepted 🎉
[x] Update Github Release

Note: paws website needs to be updated to 0.4.0 to pick up latest methods

Paws 0.4.0 release received reverse dependencies warning.

Changes to worse in reverse depends:

Package: cognitoR
Check: whether package can be installed
New result: WARNING
  Found the following significant warnings:
    Warning: replacing previous import ‘httr::config’ by ‘paws::config’ when loading ‘cognitoR’

After checking cognitoR code base. I believe this should be ok however I would like to get maintainers go ahead before responding to cran.

Fixed issue with cognitoR and responded to cran for paws-0.4.0 release
