Add a quickly accessible "knowledge base" menu/access bar, this should allow quick access to searchable lists:

where appropriate, lists can also be filterable (by objective type, by technology type etc)

in order of priority:

• [x] list of objective cards and all their info (searchable and filterable the same as when adding new objective in session)
• [x] list of strategy cards and their descriptions
• [x] Exploration Deck (Hazardous, Industrial, Cultural)
• [x] frontier exploration cards
• [x] list of relic cards
• [ ] list of action cards
• [ ] list of agenda cards
• [ ] #175
• [ ] planets list (including legendary planets and their perks)
• [ ] faction list, presented the same way as in session view (nutshell card + wiki link) <- good to start from here, we have the data already

at some point we can add:

• frontier exploration cards
• legendary planets special skill cards, but there are only 4 of them, so I don't think it's necessary
