feat: Allow to select speaker during picks (which delays your pick to the last place) #255

[x] add option to draft setup

[x] "speaker" phase is not shown
[x] add "TBD" player until first player chooses speaker

[x] add "speaker" button for selecting speaker

[x] after player selects speaker, they are filled in "TBD" spot at the end of the pick queue
[x] speaker selection is indicated on the player stepper
