add dice roller for units #311

pseudo-mock:

left:

buttons iwth units
button with just "dice"
roll all dice after "roll"
when rolled, change to "clear" with confirmation (within button)
clicking button adds dice
show dice count with minus button when any dice count is selected
sort dice results descending
allow highlighting dice (to present hits)
