Test under IE #56

I haven't really tested Internet Explorer support, and a user reported a 500 error (which was even unstyled) under IE earlier while trying to log in using Core.

If you try to open the new reimbursement app with IE 11, after giving it permission in auth it trys to download a personal.json file but you don't get to the app. From TEST forums.

Tested in IE 11 (V11.0.12). App was already authorized previously in Chrome. I am prompted to login, then authorize. JSON file is caught by the browser to be downloaded. 2014-10-21 16_26_54-auth - internet explorer In this sequence I clicked Cancel, then Authorize again. 2014-10-21 16_27_44-auth - internet explorer

I'm open to perform more testing, would need direction on what to look at/for.
