Items show "out of stock" when inventory control is disabled. #136

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Uncheck inventory control checkbox on prefs page
2. Create item with 0 for inventory
3. Visit item's public page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be able to buy the product.
Item shows out of stock.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Seems inventory control problem happens when adding to cart as well. Fixing 
that with
this patch.
