[Feature request] Support env vars for full server start command / FISH-1478 #3

Actual behaviour

The asadmin start and vscode Start Server are not equal because vscode command does not use env vars from local shell profile

Expected behaviour

The asadmin start and vscode Start Server are equal and can be used in parallel.
