Publish / Auto-Publish not working/ FISH-1218 #9

I started a Payara 5.192 server via the plugin, deployed my project and then changed the code. Neither manual nor automatic "Publish" seem to work, unless I set the option "Use JAR archives for deployment" on the server's property page. The "Clean ..." function in the server's context menu works and re-deploys my project. I tries both the marketplace and the "alpha" version of the plugin.

environment: Eclipse 2019-06 OpenJDK Zulu 8u212 Windows 10 Payara 5.192

I have created an internal issue FISH-1218 to address it.

Fixed in Eclipse Plugin 1.4.0
