Thanks for your comment , we already spoke with your developer about this issue , its related to your CMS and the conflict with another plugin you use .
so we applied this solution https://wpml.org/forums/topic/how-to-get-wpml-to-use-mo-files/
and it worked as per our checks we did after this fix . You need to find out with your developer why the issue happened again as it not related to our plugin .
