auto load all collection. #6

Request to load all collections automatically, it's so hard to import each collection evry time in payload.config.

Hey @wikoci , the public-demo is designed to seed a fresh database with data automatically on startup. In that context, I'm not sure what issue you are having. Can you elaborate?
