There is no ENABLE / DISBALE button in configuration #12

Hi, compared to last release, there is no ENABLE or DISABLE button in the admin configuration. Would be nice to have the possibility of disabling the plugin.

Hi Igcorreia, there are 3 options inside the Payments sections now, global Paymill settings (so you don't have to add your keys and global settings twice) and Credit Card / Direct Debit below that. They are not branded as Paymill, so it can be confusing.

Yes that is exactly what happend :D my mistake.
