v2 submodule path returns 401

The v2 submodule path returns 401. Can this be fixed by replacing it with https://github.com/Paymill/Paymill-PHP.git ?

sorry for that and we're going to discuss that late response in our team! Sorry for the inconveniences you had with us. Would be cool, if you'd try us out beyond that issues later on if you're thinking about new payment methods.

We were just blown away and are doing 1st level support for all our customers in our IT team and forgot a little bit Github. Sorry about that again! :/
