Wrong audio when uploading multiple files in a row without reloading #24

It seems like when uploading multiple files in a row it's patching rather than creating a new record.

  1. I uploaded go-fuck-yourself.mp3 and named it "go fuck yourself"
  2. I confirmed that "go fuck yourself" existed and I could play it
  3. I uploaded we-buy-golf-clubs.mp3 and named it "we buy golf clubs"
  4. Now, no "go fuck yourself" sound exists, and "we buy golf clubs" plays go-fuck-yourself.mp3
