Fix issue #174 #175

This will add the ACL option for the configuration so that you can modify the ACL to access the configuration of the Pay. module when not using full access roles.

Hi @janssensjelle, thank you for this suggestion! We have now implemented this in another pull request (as we have made some other changes also). This update is available as of release 3.5.0. I will now close this PR. Thank you!
