Start workflow of "Pay by invoice" after shipment of the order #39

It would be more logical if the invoices for payment methods like Billink/Afterpay/Klarna would be send after shipment of the order in Magento.

I've updated the plugin (v1.5.0). You can now capture (invoice) an authorized transaction like in the magento 1 plugin
