Bug regarding selected bank

Hi there,

We use this plugin for one of our webshops and have some issues when updating from 3.2.1 to 3.3.0. After updating I get this error when trying to login as a customer. It's pretty clear what the issue is. It has to do with the newly implemented feature regarding the bank select.

Did I miss a note regarding upgrading? We want to update because we are getting lots of exchange request errors and saw there was a fix described in the notes for release 3.3.0
