Request to update run_with_options with xcconfig file specification #80

It would be nice for projects that use a custom xcconfig file if run_with_options had an option to specify that the build use said file or to use the build file that it generates while adding other configurations.

Closing in preparation for our V2 release (#99) and because XCUITest does not seem to support this function.
