Describe the bug After being rejected by Google play, I upgraded the version of the sdk and at the same time, configured it according to the recommended steps. When I tried to update, it was rejected again. Now I can't update the app version and there's nothing I can do to fix the problem. After that, I tried to appeal to Google play, but the email they responded to suggested that there was still a problem with paypal sdk. The specific email content is as follows:

your app includes Paypal data collector SDK or an SDK that one of your libraries depends on, which by default requests device location without any programmatic method to verify that end-user consent information has been obtained by the app. Apps with SDKs that collect any personal or sensitive data without disclosure or consent are in violation of Google Play policies.

According to the information provided by your SDK provider, you may consider upgrading the SDK version used in your app to 3.21.0. Please consult the SDK provider for further information.

I double checked my sdk version and it must have been updated to the latest version.

Thank you for reaching out to the Native Checkout SDK team. This integration path is now inactive for new merchants. If you are an existing merchant, please contact us here for further assistance.

New merchants can integrate the Native Checkout experience via the Braintree Android SDK or PayPal Android SDK. For more information please see their respective developer documentation linked below.
