Will this work with Bootstrap 4, or does it even need to?

@mpnkhan tagged you since I saw you did the last merge, can you give us more information about this?

If you can upgrade to BS4, then this plugin is not needed. BS4 is accessible. If you don't find something not accessible, please file a issue ticket and there are dedicated folks working for accessibility fixes.

Bootstrap 4 is not entirely without accessibility issues. See e.g. https://github.com/oaf-project/oaf-bootstrap-4
