bootstrap-accessibility currently overrides all user defined 'roles'
for elements that don't want this, use the .no-boot-a11y selector
- <span class='no-boot-a11y' ...
allows you to specify your own custom aria attributes
bump version to 1.0.4
tested with Chrome + Chrome's Accessibility Developer Tools
