This issue is a pre-req to make Butterfly backend multi-threaded, asynchronous and non-blocking, and covers:

Removing static qualifier from class members at:
- CLI
- Logging handlers
- TransformationEngine
- butterfly-tests
Adding UID to TransformationRequest, making it possible to add UID suffix to the name of the transformation output folder
