Guava library must be updated to version 24.1.1 (or later) due to security vulnerabilities #368

According to GitHub security vulnerabilities scanner, Butterfly uses at the moment a Guava version with security vulnerabilities.

In order to fix this problem, Guava must be upgraded to version 24.1.1 or later.
