it would be nice to have the SeLion sauce proxy/virtual node available as either (a) a separate container or (b) part of the 'hub' container.

Note: the Readme.md mentions how to start a sauce proxy using the selion-hub image.. However, the container does not have any default hub/node/sauce config for -type sauce
