Time field in Sales History returning 12:00 PM #47

After taking a card payment using the sideloader api the time field in the PaypalHere App Sales History list is incorrectly showing 12:00PM. Taking cash payments returns the correct time. Same for iOS or Android - v2.6.2 The correct time is shown in the transaction history when viewed on paypal.com account. Any help appreciated.
