Issue description

Im trying to build a simple digital script and want to charge a commission fee how do i go about doing this?

PayPal has quite a few different options for this type of business functions with different compliance and pricing nuances. I would suggest you to contact the customer service number listed on your account and request to talk to a sales rep. The sales rep should be able to work with you to show you the best flow with best pricing for your specific business situation and engage integration resource when it's needed to walk you through the technical part.
