Summary of changes

Remove UIKit navigation, make SwiftUI main view entry point to Demo app
Create separate viewModels for main feature views, moving away from reference to BaseViewModel
Add Merchant Integration selection from main FeatureSelectionView
Remove reference to InAppSettings in favor of UserDefault values being toggled from main FeatureSelectionView

Still TODO:

Make appearance of each feature payment more consistent. (later PR)
