Homepage URL on npm hasn't been updated

🔬 Minimal Reproduction

Go to https://www.npmjs.com/package/@paypal/react-paypal-js > under 'Homepage' click the url > observe 404

😕 Actual Behavior

404

Same as https://github.com/paypal/paypal-js
