Add support to use react 16

Changes

Local development dependencies were updated to use React 16. I tried the new changes in some projects and worked pretty well. However I am not currently using react-redux, so don't know it is still working.
Peer dependencies were updated to avoid an installation warning
Rehydration method was updated to use React.rehydrate on client side rendering, as suggested by react warnings
Examples were not yet updated, because I was unable to make them run as it installs react-engine from npm. I tried to use the local version of react-engine for examples, but was unable to make it work as babel transpilation and webpack issues arised. I think we could update them later
Added engines field to the package.json file, with the same supported versions as indicated in travis configuration.
Updated react-router to v3 for local development, as React 16 is not supported in React Router 2.
