Added missing definitions to OpenAPI spec

Description

Fixes:

• Added missing checkout-tokenization-id path and header parameter to /tokenization/{checkout-tokenization-id} endpoint
• Added missing requestBody definition and corresponding GetTokenRequest schema object to /tokenization/{checkout-tokenization-id} endpoint
• Added missing checkout-transaction-id and transActionId path/header parameters to /payments/{transactionId} endpoint
• Added missing checkout-transaction-id and transActionId path/header parameters to /payments/{transactionId/token/revert endpoint
• Added authorization-hold as valid Payment status
  • Payment created via /payments/token/{mit|cit}/authorization-hold endpoint returns a authorization-hold payment status.
• Added missing checkout-method, checkout-nonce, checkout-timestamp and signature properties to AddCardFormRequest schema

  • This might need a better fix, but it seems to cover all "special" postal codes I found after a bit of googling
