Has this issue been reported when canceling the payment and returning to the checkout, or when the customer comes to the checkout for the first time? Also, do you happen to know which browser the customers used in these cases?
When customers are paying for the first time. Havent receive reports from desktop customers, only IOS and Safari users.
Payment methods not loading
We have recieved multiple custom reports, that payment methods are not loading properly all the time.
Issue happens randomly and only for some of the customers.
Any tips how we could continue to resolve this issue?
