JS conflict with "Checkout Finland for WooCommerce" plugin #4

This new plugin and the old "Checkout Finland for WooCommerce" plugin use same ID's in the provider group reveal/hide script. This causes issues if both plugins are active at the same time: user is unable to unhide the payment methods within a group.
