Coveralls is reporting no coverage, try and get it working.

Coverage remained the same at 0.0% when pulling 516c93e850a29a13f18024a528397d2c65505646 on coveralls into 2691b5ebf5aa1000ea0aba76c30f9ec8b3786fee on master.

I have this half-remembered idea that coveralls won't work unless there is some valid data in master, so I'm going to merge this and hope for the best.

It is at least reporting that it is uploading something to coveralls.io
