Bug copying config files to work path in mom6 driver #380

In #373 Read mom6 parameter files in cesm cmeps driver PR, in mom6's driver setup method, all config files were copied over to work directory which overwrote any input.nml patches. Fix just requires to copy over config files prior to patching input.nml
