How do new users get all of the Paz components up & running together in the fewest steps?

The short answer is "like this: https://github.com/yldio/paz/blob/master/README.md#installation".

But in reality it's more than a little flakey atm. When the CLI comes (yldio/paz#25) it will wrap this up more nicely.
